We offer nationwide shipping in South Africa at a flat rate of R150. Courier Guy will deliver your order securely, ensuring it reaches you promptly (±3-5 working days), no matter where you are in South Africa.
For international orders, AKRA Precision Optics partners with FedEx to ensure fast, reliable shipping worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location, but you'll receive tracking details to monitor your package every step of the way. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty
AKRA Precision Optics offers a full lifetime warranty on all optics. If at any time during the guarantee period a AKRA Precision Optics product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, AKRA Precision Optics will, repair or replace it free of charge.
Lifetime Warranty:
When we say "lifetime," we mean it. The wording in our terms might sound formal (legal teams, right?), but our commitment is simple: if your scope fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it. Period.
Returns
At AKRA Precision Optics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange.
